6 THINGS THAT DOESNOT MATTER FOR FATLOSS


There is plenty of advice available over the internet regarding fat loss.

Some of them are helpful whereas others are just crap. Losing Fat is not always easy. But it is also not complicated at the same time if followed properly. Rather than giving tips for Fat loss, I will mention a few things which are not going to make any difference to your result.





  1. Avoiding Carbs- Extreme low carbs diet or following a keto diet won't help you to lose fat quickly. As fat loss only depends on the total calorie deficit, which can be achieved by eating carbs too.

  2. Detox Tea- It might sound appealing to just drink a few sips of some tea & lose weight easily. Unfortunately, these are just marketing gimmicks.

  3. BulletProof Coffee- It is a great way to increase your calorie intake which you should not when dieting.

  4. Excess Cardio- Doing Cardio is a good way to burn some additional calories. But it won't support if you are not following a calorie deficit diet.

  5. Fat Burners- These are just another scam & marketing gimmicks to fool customers. They are just like detox tea.

  6. Eating Clean- Eating clean & healthy is always good for health. But only eating them won't help you to lose fat until you are on a calorie deficit.
