How much hydration is necessary during workout?

Whether you are a pro-level athlete or do the workout just for fun. It is always important to keep yourself hydrated before, during & after your workout. Water increases our mobility in joints & regulates our body temperature.

Symptoms of Dehydration: -dizziness or lightheaded feeling -nausea or vomiting -muscle cramps -dry mouth -lack of sweating -fast heartbeat.

How much should be the intake during your workout? There are no exact measurements to drink water while exercising it depends on your sweat rate, the intensity of workout & temperature of the surrounding environment. As a general rule, you can have 200ml of water every 10-15mins during your workout. Taking a sip of water regularly is always recommended.
